Selena Gomez faces anger from religious fanatics

Selena Gomez had to face immense ire from religious leaders for simply displaying her ankle in Abu Dhabi mosque which she recently visited.

Apparently she showed 'way too much of her body' (as can be seen in the picture), due to which the mosque leaders have blasted for her 'disrespectful' poses. Woman showing her body is disrespectful to Islamic beleifs. A woman must be covered from head to toe and a hadith says they should stay home.

That Hadith is as follows:
Abdullah Bin Mas’ud reported the Prophet (pbuh) as saying: It is more excellent for a woman to pray in her house than in her courtyard, and more excellent for her to pray in her private chamber than in her house. [Sunan Abu Dawood Vol.1 Chapter 204 Hadith No.570]

The 22-year-old, who has now deleted the image baring her ankle, had shared the snaps along with her pals  Cody Simpson Shay Mitchell, Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner. The pics were taken inside the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and shared on image sharing website Instagram.

So why were the Islamic leaders angry ?
The Mullas there have following problem with the pictures:-

1) Selena was exposing her leg
2) She was smiling. Sharia (an Islamic law system) mosque rules prohibit anyone laughing and smiling, is considered disrespectful (especially for women).

One has to agree that Selena Gomez went too far by showing her ankles given the fact Rihanna was asked to leave the same mosque last year for laughing inside and posting the snaps where she was smiling.
